Job Title: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Reports to Director or Operations

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains front office and breakroom area for organization, cleanliness, and supplies.

  • Manages phones, visitors (including documentation), mail, and facility room scheduling.

  • Provides clerical support, including data entry, filing, and scanning, for daily activities as well as various projects as needed.

  • Serves as point-of-contact for basic customer service, order reminders, and complaints.

  • Assists sales team with marketing materials and sample shipping.

  • Completes order entry, books carriers, and schedules driver appointments.

  • Performs basic accounting, including managing POs, invoicing, and initial collections.

  • Helps with planning of events including employee training and functions, customer plant tours, vendor sales visits, and regulatory inspections and audits.

  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Accounting Experience Required

  • Education/Experience – one year of related experience or training.

  • Language – ability to communicate effectively.

  • Computer Skills – competency in MS Office applications.

Office Administrator

Job Title: QUALITY MANAGER
Reports to Director or Operations

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confers with management to determine compliance and reliability standards and develop and maintain food safety plan.

  • Oversees development of new items including HACCP, specifications, procedures, and labeling.

  • Creates, implements, and maintains SQF Food Safety program.

  • Performs root cause analysis and documents corrective actions.

  • Coordinates with production and management on regulatory and quality issues.

  • Administers supplier approval process and maintains master item register.

  • Communicates with USDA, FDA, ODA, and other regulatory agencies.

  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5+ Years of Food Safety Experience Required

  • Education/Experience – three years of related experience or training.

  • Language – ability to communicate effectively.

  • Computer Skills – competency in MS Office applications.

  • Supervisory Responsibility – supervises group of sanitation leads and associates and quality technicians.

  • Physical Demands – employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Quality Manager

Job Title: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Reports to Maintenance Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production and sanitation operations.

  • Helps maintain preventive maintenance program in conjunction with production.

  • Troubleshoots malfunctioning equipment and communicates effectively with equipment vendors, service technicians, fabricators, and contractors as needed.

  • Follows all pre- and post- operating procedures provided by maintenance manager.

  • Documents timely completion of work orders.

  • Inspects operating equipment for conformance with operational standards.

  • Coordinates with production and quality assurance on equipment and process issues.

  • Effectively facilitates lock out tag out procedures.

  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Maintenance Technician

Job Title: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Reports to Warehouse Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completes requisitions including customer orders, production bills of materials, and sample requests.

  • Operates forklift, motorized pallet rider, and other warehouse equipment while adhering to all safety procedures.

  • Identifies and stores all inventory and non-inventory items as per regulatory requirements.

  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • 1-2+ Years of Warehouse Experience

  • Education/Experience – one year of related experience or training.

  • Language – ability to communicate effectively.

  • Physical Demands – employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
